Warren Roll
Prior to joining Aver Media, Warren most recently spent time as a Vice President in the diversified Investment Banking Group at Blackmont Capital. Warren has over eight years of investment banking experience assisting in raising in excess of $500 million for small cap Canadian companies. His experience includes public equity offerings, equity and debt private placements, and buy- and sell-side advisory transactions. Warren has covered technology, new media, industrial and services companies primarily below $100 million market capitalizations. Over the course of his Investment Banking career, Warren also spent time in institutional equity research in the media sector. Warren received his HBA and MBA (Honours) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
